Enrichment Units

A quickfire quizzing club which embraces the format of different quiz and game-shows and holds special quizzing events such as Mastermind and The Chase. You will develop your general knowledge and broaden your mind as well as develop your brain!

Staff Member	Mrs J. Forkin
Time and Day	Thursday Week B 2:40 – 3:45 for practise and creation of quizzes Occasional themed quizzes hosted by the club will be held at lunchtimes as special events
Aims of the course	To broaden students’ general knowledge To stage quizzing events
Skills you will learn	Intellectual and transferable skills such as focus, discipline, patience and concentration. The ability to work under pressure. The improvement of your general knowledge base. Encourages study and preparation as the way to achieve pre-set objectives and for the purpose of individual improvement.
What you will need	An interest in developing your general knowledge. An interest in quizzing and gameshows. The ability to work as a team and individually. Commitment Creativity to suggest ideas for quiz formats Good manners and politeness Resilience
